The game is played over 8 rounds. Each round, players take turns placing one Agent at a time on an available action space and taking that action. After all agents are placed, there is a cleanup phase before the next round.
Actions
Place an Agent — On your turn, place one of your available Agents on an unoccupied action space and immediately take that action.
Complete a Quest — You may complete one Quest on your turn AFTER placing your Agent, if you have the required adventurers and gold.
Waterdeep Harbor - Reassign Agent — At the end of the round, Agents placed at Waterdeep Harbor are reassigned in order (1, 2, 3).
